Get the feel and touch of non-coated strings with the long life and like-new sound of coated strings with the Elixir Anti-Rust Nanoweb coated guitar strings.
Elixir's ultra-thin Nanoweb coating keeps contamination from getting into the windings of your guitar strings and causing corrosion that will deaden their sound and shorten their lives. That lively tone of new strings will last longer and you'll spend less time and money on changing and buying strings. Elixir doesn't just coat the wrap wire with its Nanoweb treatment, but instead treats the entire string for extra protection. But the thinness of the Nanoweb coating means the string feels like a traditional non-coated string.
