The Ultrasone Performance 880 Headphones combine the benefits of the company's S-Logic Plus signal processing, natural surround sound, and ULE MU metal shielding system with soft-touch lacquer and glossy accents in black and gunmetal for an elegantly finished closed-back design. This model was designed to optimize tonal range and clarity of sound using a 40mm dynamic transducer with a Titanium-plated PET membrane and NdFeB magnet to deliver a frequency response of 7 to 35,000 Hz with into a 32 ohm load at a maximum SPL of 94 dB.

To ensure comfort for hours of continuous use, the headphones feature an adjustable metal headband and high-quality protein leather ear pads with memory foam that adjust themselves to fit your head and minimize external noise. The unit's ULE MU metal shielding technology reduces the amount of radiation received by the headphones by up to 98%. They come with a 3 m detachable cable with a bayonet connector and a 3.5mm audio jack. They also come with a gold-plated 6.3mm screw on adapter as well as a Neoprene storage pouch. Uses decentralized driver positioning to take the direct sound of the headphones and reflect it off the surface of the outer ear in different directions before entering the auditory canal to create a natural three-dimensional sound

Combines precision dampening with micro-acoustic reinforcement, allowing the driver, buffer-board, and spatial parameters to complement one another in an optimal manner

Uses a funnel-shaped arrangement for the transducer, which allows it to be positioned further away from the ear
